A first-floor addition completed in North Bondi, designed by Dunn Architects. There was a need for expansion for our clients, which we achieved by adding two bathrooms, three bedrooms via a wonderful staircase with above skylights opening up space and flooding in with natural light, a truly enjoyable space! Some of the features we love on this project include the Cedar timber windows and the character-filled Cyprus pine flooring to match the existing floor downstairs.
We adopted the challenge of protecting the existing downstairs kitchen and bathrooms while increasing the volume drastically for this growing family. The stone driveway was given a complete transformation and the façade is now fresh and inviting, fitting comfortably within the neighborhood.
