The best-looking house on the block in our opinion, Darling sure knows how to turn heads! Architecturally designed by Eco factor Architects as a five-bedroom family home catered to entertaining and looking the part-day and night… Boasting an abundance of stand out features with a brief of “unlike the everyday home” Interior designer RJ Studio commissioned a variety of custom-made products including vanities, concrete basins, a daring 4 metre high timber screen staircase, and numerous interior features to name a few.
There was the unique request for “something different behind every door” for the five bathrooms which is a true credit to the vision of the client and designer, working with us to bring it to reality. An interesting talking point is another first for us being the window from the basement “man cave” looking into the pool… There was much patience put into crafting the garage door and timber column to precision by our skilled trades. Some more unique features include the timber cladding ceilings, the abundant stone façade, continuing internally as a full feature wall, detailed lighting plan to achieve impact and layering, smart home systems and audiovisuals using control 4, and the list goes on… As you can tell, this home was as fun to build as it is to enjoy!
